Here We Go

After some prodding by a few faithful blogger friends we have now started our very own BLOG! I feel so grown up...no more myspace, we are officially into the world of bloggers! With our precious Lydia on the way this will be the perfect way to let our Oklahoma family keep up with how things are going with her AND throw in a little of Necon and I too!! Just to catch you up on our life: I am working as a nurse and Necon is an X-Ray Tech. I am getting ready to start my Master's Program to become a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with plans to teach OB Nursing in the undergrad program. Necon is also taking classes to finish his degree while working full time. We just bought and moved into our new house in November and found out Lydia was on the way on Christmas Morning!! She is due to arrive the end of August! After two super nice showers our house is looking like a baby lives here! She has drawers in the kitchen, the guest bathroom is now taken over by all of her toys, washcloths and towels and (thanks to tons of help from people way more creative than me) her nursery is absolutely PERFECT!! Here are a few pictures of what the house is looking like...
Our New House!!

The extremely complicated Pack N Play

The Nursery (like I said...creative people)

My wonderful mom made the bedding and curtains

And my wonderful friends Jennifer and Stephanie made the letters!!

Yippee! This is great! Your nursery looks beautiful, and I love how you have her "seat" at the table--so sweet. I can't wait to see that precious baby girl!

Jeni-
Congrats on the new baby girl! I somehow found your blog! This is your old Coach Parks! I can't believe you are having a baby. I have two girls and live in Tennessee. Please keep me updated.
